Skilled Specialty Nursing

Calvary Care Health Services provides   skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, and home health aide services to the Medicare-covered population throughout our coverage areas. Medicare home health services are provided  to those under a Doctor’s care when the physician orders skilled, intermittent services and when the Medicare recipient is homebound due to illness or injury and cannot leave their residence without a considerable and taxing effort. or with assistance

Our professional team of registered nurse and licensed vocational nurses perform a variety of highly skilled nursing services as directed by the client’s Doctor . Our registered nurses are the case managers; they teach and advise the client and family members, coordinate the treatment plan with other team members, and communicate with the client’s physician and family.
